To work well together and to create an atmosphere of co-operation, employees need to build a team that would create a support network. Strengthening this belief, the Human Resource Department of RedAlkemi organized a quiz contest, with an aim to improve the company’s internal communication, morale, trust, cohesiveness, and to in-corporate a spirit of fun, punctuating the week with a heavy dose of relaxation.
The quiz contest had Neetu and Gurinder from the Human Resource Department as the quiz masters, testing the wits of participants on myriad topics like current affairs, sports, history, and entertainment, to name a few. The quiz saw participation from Technical and Finance, Link-building, Content and Business Development, Microsites, Siteopsys, Achievers and Spiders teams compete with each other.

With their thinking caps on, the teams participated with much zeal and spirit. The quiz, spread over six rounds, included a written test, rapid fire, pick your subject, visual, competitors choice and a last round of simple question and answers. The Technical and Finance team emerged as the winners.
The heavy ticking of watches stopped, the audience grew quieter; hear beats normalized; another day with the RedAlkemi family drew to an end— the Human Resource Department yet again managed the dual purpose of fun and learning, bringing us all out from the everyday office realm.

‘All work and no play, makes Jack a dull boy’— the ‘heard-a-zillion-times’ maxim is so perfectly infused within the family of RedAlkemi, who never miss a vibrant moment— to celebrate a victory, welcome something new, or should we just say— have fun, retiring ourselves into joyous retreats.
Applauding the well-deserved teams at RedAlkemi for their outstanding performance in the Financial Year 2011, the Human Resource department came up with the idea to make the year-end even more memorable and delightful.
Not beating about the bush too much and coming straight to our theme for the night— ‘Arabic’. A night of magic and mystery, from the golden palaces, to the magic carpets and lamps, the Arabic theme party created a sense of intrigue and charm. Work hard and party harder seemed to be on everyone’s mind as the RedAlkemists made their way into the party venue. Bedecked in harems, ‘sheikh’ and ‘sultan’ costumes, the princes, princesses, kings, queens and the thieves— all seemed to bask in the delight of celebration. The entrance spiffed up with glitters and candles, carpets hanging on the walls, a small tent space, with cushions thrown all around, ‘hookas’— transported everybody to the kingdoms of these parables, totally forgetting the life’s daily grind. The ‘smoky’ ambiance created in the Entertainment Center of RedAlkemi brought alive the mystical legends from the Arabian Night fables, reliving those childhood days of Aladdin, Jasmine, and the magic carpet – a trip down the memory lane where all danced to the tunes of Arabic music and enjoyed a sumptuous dinner.
The cynosures of the party were Gunika Khurana and Brahm Inder Singh, who were crowned the Princess and the Prince of Arabia for the evening.
The Arabian Party was a complete chill out – needless to describe more, the photographs below say it all!

As per the placements coordinators Redalkemi was amongst those companies, which had the maximum amount of applicants. Their coordinators helped us in managing the huge footfall. Towards the end we were provided the Trophy by the Director of Desh Bhagat Group of Institutes Ms. Shalini Arora. By and large the experience was good and worth the efforts.
RedAlkemi looks forward to hire candidates who have the zeal in them for achieving the impossible. We give opportunities to the fresher to join us and explore their potentials. This is evident by the fact that we don’t leave any such event unattended.
