Go Green: RedAlkemi and Green Peace Get Together

March 16, 2010: On Tuesday, RedAlkemi decided to do its bit for the environment by organizing a Green Peace Camp at our Entertainment Center. The camp started around lunchtime and was a roaring success with most people opting to enroll their names for a Green Peace Membership. The idea behind the camp was to make our employees aware of the great work that Green Peace does around the world in order to “ensure the ability of the earth to nurture life in all its diversity”. Green Peace representatives spoke at length about important issues like BT Brinjal and the effect of poisonous gas emissions from the industrial areas.

Through camps like these, RedAlkemi hopes take a leading position with regard to environmental and social responsibility amongst the corporate sector. In this way, we hope to increase cognizance about important environmental issues; not only amongst RedAlkemi’s employees but also amongst everyone who’s live we may touch.
