Trainings at RedAlkemi

RedAlkemi has always believed in learn while you earn. This has instilled a lot of confidence in employees to be able to learn and experience whatever they want to learn under the roof of RedAlkemi.

We the HR department of RA has been over the period of one year been able to build a strong sense of learning among our employees that today we can proudly call ourselves the leaders in Trainings.

We have been able to satisfy the training needs for our employees. Trainings, which are conducted, are of two types: -

1.Skill based training

2.Technical Trainings

Skill based Training: Skill based Training along with a team building activity is conducted on alternate days as a regular exercise. This helps our employees to rejuvenate themselves from work pressure and stress, which builds up due to work and also helps in teaching them a new subject with a related team building activity.

Technical based Training: We at RA are privileged to be trained by our esteemed CEO Mr.Atul Gupta, which has given us the chance of sharing and learning from his vast knowledge on the intricacies of different topics. This kind of experience is shared only at RA. This is also scheduled on regular basis and all the members of the company are updated with new technology.

We also motivate our employees to contribute and share their knowledge on new technology they work upon. As technology comes after a lot of R&D we feel this can be shared with rest of the team members  & they will also continue to contribute to the company’s success at all times & add more value to subject.

Nothing at RA seems difficult for us, as we can keep moving up the ladder to unleash our skills to maximum potential we have.
