As we stand at the threshold of the last quarter of the year, it’s a perfect time to focus on your “Imperative Flags” as i call it. These signify the most crucial one-two goals which you need to achieve by the end of the year to take your work, your life a rung higher on the ladder of success. And, the 90days left in the year is an excellent time frame for goal-setting. Its a short and sweet span of time, easy to manage and achieve results!Target just one or two Imperative Flags, not more, otherwise you will be diffusing your focus from your top priorities. If there are too many things to do in your basket, you’ll end up not achieving any. Fix your gaze on The most important goal, and with utmost commitment strive towards achieving the bull’s eye, and you will.

Be priority driven. Zoom in to what matters most and ensure your schedule is woven around it in order to have enough time to work on making a positive difference in your life and at your work. Mark your Imperative Flags well - they should be deeply relevant and take your life to the next level of Magnifique!
