Bay Tree Solutions (BTS) is a 'for sale by owner' marketing company specializing in timeshare sales and rentals. Its services are designed for the individual timeshare owner, not the resort developer. By carefully monitoring the industry, and recruiting top-level executives from developers, they provide clients the tools they require to sell timeshare in a highly competitive market.

Challenge
Company approached RedAlkemi in September 2009 with the key objective of:

• Getting High Reputation & putting the site on top for industry relevant keywords
• Getting high traffic of potential and focused customers on the site
• Maximizing the volume of enquires to maximize sale revenues with strong Internet marketing campaign
• Running an aggressive link building campaign to improve link profile.

Strategy
We accepted the challenge, pulled our sleeves up and started off with

• Comprehensive keyword research to choose some highly relevant, geo-targeted and long tailed keywords, which could provide high return on investment.
• Our SEO team finalized some keywords and used them to suggest different sets of Anchor Text.
• On the other side our link building team initiated a link building campaign to improve the link popularity of the website using different sets of anchor text suggested by SEO team. All links were generated in conformation with our stringent quality guidelines.
