Company approached RedAlkemi in July 2006 with the key objective of:
- Ranking amongst the top sites for various industry relevant keywords. The main objective of the campaign was to encompass the more generic keywords
- Getting high traffic of potential and focused customers on the site
- Running an aggressive link building campaign
We accepted the challenge, pulled our sleeves up and started off with
- Kitchenislandco.com was a new site built on Yahoo store and had absolutely no link backs and a Page Rank of 0. RedAlkemi suggested adding quality inbound links from related sites so that the rankings for selected keywords would start increasing.
- A set of links with relevant Anchor Texts were built and within a few months from absolutely no rankings, the site started showing an increase in rankings and incoming traffic to the site.
