Fixed Time/Cost Estimate
RedAlkemi offers this model where the requirements of the project are clear in the beginning. In this case, after commutating with the client about the requirements, a final proposal (scope document) with client will be shared. Our refined and detailed processes ensure that the estimates done at this stage are accurate, and if the project scope remains the same, the project estimate will also remain the same.

The total cost and timeline of the project is agreed upon at the beginning of the project. After the cost and effort is estimated, we select the best suited team to work on the project. The assigned team will include a Project Manager, Team Lead, Design Manager and Technical analyst with further team of designers and programmers working under them. Complete team will coordinate with Project Manager and regular progress of the project will be shared with the client on a weekly basis.

This model is best suited for projects where the requirements are clear.

Billing On Hourly basis
RedAlkemi offers flexibility to its clients to hire teams on an hourly basis. Our man hour rate for this model can be from $15 per hour to $40 per hour, depending upon the tasks to be performed.

This model works best for ongoing and maintenance projects.

Dedicated Team Model
This model is an excellent solution for clients who need complete control over the project and resources. A very high level of transparency, flexibility and scalability is offered with this model. In this case, RedAlkemi will assign you a complete team on contract basis that will include Team Lead, Designer and Programmer (as per your requirements). The team structure will depend upon the complexity of the project involved.

Different resources have different monthly rates, and we will let you know the estimate once you share the requirements with us. The dedicated team will work as an extension of your own team.
