Atul (46 yrs) comes from an advertising background and completed his professional degree in Advertising with top-honors. He co-founded Pugmarks Design Studio, a visual communications company, in 1986. In order to leverage the vast potential of the Internet, he co-founded Pugmarks InterWeb (P) Ltd. in 1996 in the early years of the web, and led the company to become the largest web solutions, online marketing and web hosting company in India. In the year 2002, he co-founded RedAlkemi to offer solutions to a global customer base and has since, led it to become a leading name in Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Web Solutions space.

As the Co-founder & Chief Mentor of RedAlkemi, Atul has an overall responsibility for driving RedAlkemi’s vision, strategy and growth. His passion lies in decoding search engine complexities and predicting the future shape of algorithms and the search industry. He heads the research and innovation group at RedAlkemi, where he has masterminded the development of powerful search-related tools, products, strategies and refined the SEM processes, which has placed RedAlkemi far ahead of the competition.

Atul is a TiE Charter Member, a CII Council Member and has had several speaking engagements in industry conferences and seminars. He takes special interest in mentoring the teams at RedAlkemi. Budding entrepreneurs of the region also look up to him for mentoring and advice. When time permits, he keep himself busy with his other passions, which range from creating sculptures, watching films, listening to music and cooking to reading scientific theories on quantum physics and the mysteries of the universe.



A university topper and gold-medalist in Advertising, Anuja (42 yrs) co-founded all 3 ventures (Pugmarks Design Studio, Pugmarks InterWeb Pvt. Ltd and RedAlkemi) along with Atul. In her 23 years of experience, she has worked as a Graphics Designer, an Art Director, dabbled in Screen Printing, written HTML code (since the time when there was no software available to do it), and designed scores of websites in Photoshop & Dreamweaver. A complete people’s person, a great mentor and a hands-on professional, Anuja is very willing to dive into stuff and get her hands dirty.

Currently, as the CEO of RedAlkemi, Anuja heads the operations of the company with a very tight focus on designing and improving the processes and systems. She believes that robust processes, innovative thinking and deep understanding of client’s business alone can deliver top-quality solutions to the customers. She has shaped a strong value-system for the company and its operations, which lays a high emphasis on honesty & integrity in work, maintaining a high level of business ethics and a focus on long-term customer relationships. She believes that RedAlkemi can grow exponentially because of its excellent working protocols, service value, high delivery standards, good performances and constant people’s skill improvement.

Anuja was honored with an Award of Excellence as the “Woman Entrepreneur of the Year”, for 2008-09, by Software Technology Parks of India. In another glorious year, Dainik Bhaskar Group awarded Anuja as the Woman of the Year (2011) in 'Business and Profession' Category, further adding to her laurels.

On the fun front, she loves to regularly workout at the gym, go roller-blading with her kids, build hammocks and stuff and drive off on long and adventurous camping or trekking trips in the mountains.



With a master’s degree in computer Science, Chhavi started out her career as a developer, a job she did not really believe was her calling. Being a stickler for detail and precision, she came on board at RedAlkemi in 2003 as a Quality Analyst, where she excelled at the job and quickly rose to the position of a project manager. Before one knew it, Chhavi was managing sales, teams, meeting targets, handling multiple accounts etc. always with the desire and an immense capacity to do more and more. Today as the Operations Head at RedAlkemi, Chhavi is a solid anchor for anyone who needs a hand at something. She is responsible for day-to-day company operations, as well as developing partnerships and associates in various countries. Chhavi loves an opportunity to do more than what she thinks she is capable of, and almost always gets it right. She wishes she could worry a little lesser and holiday a little more. An excellent singer, she does believe that could have been an alternate career.

Sanjay has a post graduate degree in computer application as well as formal training in Internet Applications. With Psychology and French as elective subjects earlier in life, Sanjay enjoys analyzing people and their problems, and would have chosen psychology as an alternate specialization. He spent a few years as a trainer in an educational institute before turning to hands-on programming. With RedAlkemi for the past 6 years, Sanjay has steadily risen from the level of a programmer to a Project Manager. He is admired most for his mature thinking, stable handling of the team and ready support to anyone who needs it. He handles a vibrant team of 18 programmers, designers and SEM professionals. Sanjay loves soccer, shuns materialism, and enjoys reading anything under the sun. His passion however, remains, poetry and gambling, the two things he would like to indulge in, eventually.

 

 

Thomas has vast hands on experience in programs such as clipper, dbase, FoxBase, ASP, Visual Basic, Networking, PHP and ASP; spanning a total work experience of 16 years. An out-an-out technical expert, he has a solution for almost any problem. Considered the most advanced technical thinker at RedAlkemi, Thomas is known for the soundness of his solutions, and flawless mentoring. With RedAlkemi for the past year and a half, Thomas has built some of RedAlkemi’s internal systems, and today runs a PHP specific team of 10 members. His understanding of seamless programming, design and SEO concepts is excellent, and he effortlessly implements these within projects. In his short span at RedAlkemi, Thomas has emerged as a fine mentor and leader who people depend upon for sound advice and guidance. Thomas loves to play chess and solve puzzles, enjoys wrestling and playing soccer, and dreams about traveling back and forth in a time machine.

 

Satwinder completed B.Sc (Non medical) in 2001 and further earned a masters degree in Computer Applications in 2004. On finishing MCA, he worked with a software company as a Programmer for 1 year before joining RedAlkemi in the development team. From part of a team of developers, Satwinder rose to the level of team lead, and thereon to a project manager today. He heads a PHP specific development team at RedAlkemi and mentors and guides a variety of professionals within this group.

A Bill Gates fan, Satwinder loves challenges and surfing the net for new stuff. He enjoys cricket, music and is an action movie buff.

After earning a BE Degree (Computer Science) from Pune University, Anshu began her career with teaching. An ideas person, Anshu played diverse kind of roles during her tenure with RedAlkemi. She joined RedAlkemi as a Database Design Analyst in the year 2005 and progressed to become a team-head in Link Building Department. She tried her hands on Research and Development as well as various internal projects of the company and proved her mettle in all. Her biggest strength is her quick ability to understand the nuances of the system and then deliver the best. A soft-spoken person, Anshu has her fan list following. Her team members and colleagues can vouch for her and describe her an ideal person to work with. She always motivates her team to deliver the quality work. When not working, she likes gardening and listening to music. She describes her daughter has one of her strengths.



Rahul comes from a Finance Background with a master’s degree in Finance. Before joining RedAlkemi, Rahul has worked with different organizations and comes with nine years of rich experience in Finance and Accounting. He joined Redalkemi in December 2007 and handles all the main responsibilities related to Finance. He ensures timely preparation of Financial Statements and Annual reports and thus submission of the same in the related institutions. A fun loving person, Rahul loves to travel and enjoys outings with his family and friends.
