This article is spot on!!! Just want to add that machine learning is finding the best time & subject line for your email campaigns TODAY! Moreover, on specific email clients, you also want to consider displaying different email formats depending on the latest technology available. For example, customers on Outlook see the same email format as those on mobile because that results in the highest response rate.
